1. Consultation
At first, your fitness data will be obtained in a personal interview. Afterwards, the data will be analyzed in a confidential evaluation and an individual fitness plan will be prepared accordingly.

After a physical check-up a meeting will be scheduled of your own choosing in a fitness club, your home, your office or outdoors in order to implement your training objectives with the help of an individual training program.
